Chicagoland artist Robyn Pawl began her career in jewelry design nearly 20 years ago, while earning her degree from The International Academy of Design and Technology. With a few books about jewelry making from the public library, a few original ideas, a couple classes and lots of mistakes, she has spent countless hours perfecting her craft.

Robyn is the founder of Custom Family Jewelry, originally specializing in bracelets for mothers, grandmothers and children. She also creates a variety of fine beaded jewelry in many styles, using only the finest quality components. Her one-of-a-kind, original designs include genuine gemstones, Swarovski® crystals, handmade Balinese sterling silver, fine pearls and more.

In 2003, Robyn unveiled The Awareness Line, a group of items designed to raise money for charitable causes, including breast cancer research, organ and tissue donation, and neo-natal intensive care units. Additional charitable causes are added to the line periodically. Ready-to-wear designs are always available and commissions are welcome, including for weddings and special occasions.
